Appearance: Duskfern is a chimera she-cat with the left side of her face being dark ginger and the right dark gray. Her left lower and upper right are dark ginger, and the rest is dark gray. She has a bobtail of which the end is white, and the accent continues throughout. It's on her paws, muzzle, chest, ear tips, and "freckles". She also has a brown-pink nose.

Duskfern is a rather complicated she-cat, as her traits contradict. Sometimes she can get herself into situations that she most likely would regret being in. She's also quite bold with her actions and words, which can occasionally come in handy and occasionally not. Once she gets herself into something, she isn't a fan of getting out and continues to go forth with it. On her better side, if she feels connected to a cat, she'll most likely show compassion towards them. She's a good listener and is patient with things, and can make a cat feel better decently. In summary, she's only really nice and comfortable around the cats that she trusts.

Backstory: Dusk was once a rogue, born to a former ThunderClan she-cat named Meadowvalley and a rogue named Dawn. She had two other siblings as well, Flame being the oldest and Petal being the youngest. One day, three anonymous rogues attacked Dawn, and he died in the process. Soon enough, Dusk, Flame, and Petal were playing in RiverClan territory when Petal fell into the water. Flame picked her up with a branch, but it was too heavy, causing him to trip over the edge of the water. Petal, soaked, remained alive however. Now snowy outside, Dusk walked out of the den that they sheltered in in an attempt to find something fun to do. It was naptime for the kits, so Meadowvalley was asleep as well. She made it into ShadowClan territory when she collapsed in the snow. A ShadowClan warrior found her and she was nursed back to health. She lived a normal life in ShadowClan, but occasionally was judged by other cats. Finally, she went from Duskkit to Duskpaw to Duskfern. Duskfern lived ordinarily, until Dawnstar started to look for a deputy. She wasn't picked, and blamed it on her being half rogue, half ThunderClan, and half ShadowClan. This changed her personality a bit, and now she was more brazen. She would often get herself into arguements more, and would be less focused on patrols. Soon, while hunting for prey, Duskfern encountered Petal, now a loner. She informed her that Meadowvalley had joined ThunderClan again. Soon, they got in a fight about their family history, and Petal ran off. Duskfern then returned to camp. Later, her friend, Mistheart, along with her apprentice, Webpaw, made her realize she wasn't really herself. And so, life was normal once again.. for the time being. She couldn't keep her mind off Petal, so Duskfern went out in an attempt to search for her. She came home with no luck, and Dawnstar was angry. Being bold as always, she went against her leader. A clan decision went up to see if she should stay in ShadowClan or be exiled, and the clan decided for her to leave. Dawnstar also announced that cats could attack her as they pleased. Fun-Fact: Duskfern wasn't based off of her, but while in the shower, I just realized Duskfern is kind of like the cat equivalent to Catra (from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power). They both have freckles, similar personalities, Catra is half cat, etc. I also found my old Beanie-Boo named Tauri who looks very similar to Duskfern.
